Educational Qualification:

Company Prosecutor, Ministry of Corporate Affairs: Degree in Law from a recognized University or Institution. NOTE: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. DESIRABLE: (i) Knowledge of Commercial Law (ii) Experience of conducting Company Law cases (iii) Government diploma in Company Secretaries

Prosecutor, Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), Ministry of Corporate Affairs: Graduate in any discipline plus bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute OR Integrated graduate in Law (Five years duration) from a recognized University or Institute. (B) EXPERIENCE: For Graduate in any discipline plus bachelor’s degree in Law Holders:- One year experience in handling litigation and court matters/administration of Law in a Government organization OR For Integrated graduate in Law (Five years duration) Holders: Two years’ experience in handing litigation and court matters/administration of Law in a Government organization.

Junior Scientific Officer (Toxicology), Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Directorate of Forensic Science Services, Ministry of Home Affairs: Master’s Degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Pharmacology/ Pharmacy / Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized university or equivalent*

Director (Staff Training / Productivity), Directorate General of Factory Advice Service and Labour Institutes (DGFASLI), Ministry of Labour and Employment:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Production or Industrial Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent OR (ii) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Production or Industrial Engineering followed by Post-graduate Diploma in Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering of a recognized University.
Specialist Grade III (Dermatology), Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi: (i) A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the concerned speciality mentioned in Section A or Section B in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. M.D. (Dermatology)/ M.D. (Dermatology & Venereology)/ M.D. in Medicine with Diploma in Dermatology/ Diploma in Dermatology

Age Limit: Candidates minimum 18 Years and Maximum 38 Years as on closing date of application. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt norms. Upper age limit is admissible by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 03 Years for OBC candidates.
