CMSS Recruitment 2020 Qualification:
Private Secretary –
(i) Bachelor Degree from a recognised University.
(ii) Should be possessing a Short Hand/ Typing speed in English
(a) 100 to 120 words per minute in Shorthand
(b) 60 words per minute in typing.
(iii) At least 10 years of experience in the post of Stenographer out of which minimum 5 years working as Secretariat Staff with Senior Officers.
(iv) Must be Computer-Literate, proficient in using MS office.
(V) Conversant with file/ record handling.
Office Assistant – (i) Bachelor degree from a recognised University (ii) Should be proficient in Shorthand and typing (iii) At least 5 years of experience working as Secretariat staff of senior officers.
(iv) Must be computer-literate, proficient in using MS Office.
CMSS Srikakulam Recruitment 2020 Pay Scale:
Private Secretary – Rs. 35,000/-
Office Assistant – Rs. 25,000/-
